Shipping area
We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Some remote locations, P.O. boxes or restricted addresses may require additional review or may not be serviceable.
Processing time
Orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping charges
Estimated delivery
Standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak periods or address problems.
Order confirmation and tracking
When available, tracking or dispatch details are sent using the email address or phone number supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information accessible.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered dispatch. Additional carrier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Failed or refused delivery
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed or returned because the supplied address was incorrect, the original shipping fee may not be refundable. A new shipping charge may apply before resending.
Missing or damaged packages
Report a missing, visibly damaged or incomplete delivery within 48 hours of the delivery scan. Include the order number and clear photos of the package and product when damage is involved so we can investigate.
